fed by a 63A mains supply
Mosaic Property Group’s largest current build — the 41 storey, 60 half and full-floor residence Madeline tower on Queensland’s Gold Coast — required power loads that the 63A mains supply could not deliver.
With 80% of the project already sold, not meeting the required power need would push out the completion deadline and cost the company. That made both output capability and uptime reliability critical factors for Mosaic when choosing a power solution.
They chose to connect the entire site to a single E-Gen600. Situated at the base of the Yongmao STL420A-24t luffing crane, it’s also powering two YHX SC200 high-speed hoists, a Callaghan KB-M33Z5 satellite concrete pump, and the site power.
The unit has output over 100,160kWh to date and maintained continuity across regular base loads up to 70A (49kVA) and peaks up to 314A (218kVA). Over 5,112 hours of operational time the E-Gen600 has delivered 100% uptime, and the project is on-track for the targeted late-2028 completion date.
